Touch 'n Go Pod
ITN introduces a new Sponsorship opportunity to its clients called the ITN TOUCH ‘N GO POD.
The POD is a self contained unit that consists of four sides where advertising panels can be affixed. The overall size is 9.5”x9.5”x52”. The ad panels measure 9.5”x40”. The POD is up to four of our Mobile BCARD Readers designed to track attendance into and out of the exhibit hall or wherever else our clients wish to track attendance. They require no electricity or Internet connections and can be installed in just a few minutes. The Mobile BCARD Readers that are attached to the top of the pod immediately communicate the data collected to the BCARD Portal. From there you have immediate access.. These are the same devices that we provide to exhibitors to use in their booth.
The data captured by the TOUCH ‘N GO PODS is invaluable.
When the pods are used at the entrance(s) to the exhibit hall, ITN will provide its clients with detailed, comprehensive reporting that will include how many people were in the exhibit hall by the hour as well as the average length of time spend in the hall. In addition, you can use the pods to conduct raffles/give-aways, make event announcements; send emails to visitors who enter the hall, etc. The possibilities are virtually endless.
Flexibile Pricing
The ability to sell sponsorships will more than offset any fees to use the pods. The pricing structure for the pods is very flexible. We plan on working with each of our clients to determine how many are needed and from there we will agree on a fee.
