I chaired the Registration Committee for Pittcon 2011 in Atlanta this year. I can attest to the fact that the smartcards are a significant improvement over older technology. In addition to registration information, the smartcards can also be used for other things. We used them to switch a code to indicate when souvenir bags were picked up, to provide a coupon for a free cup of coffee to first time attendees, and to coordinate tickets for a free event at Universal Studios when we were in Orlando last year. The various other possibilities are numerous. The card contains a passive chip that requires a reader with the ITN token file and to be within 1 inch to access information. It cannot be read with any other reader and no other vital information can be accessed without the ITN file.

Prior to selecting ITN as our contractor, we interviewed 5 other companies. ITN technology appeared to be the best "out there" and based on their stated technology and their commitment to customer service, we entered into a 3 year contract with them. We are in the second year of that contract and are very pleased with the success our registration committee has had using ITN technology.

If you spent any time in the Registration area you would have noticed that there were no lines waiting for badge pickup or to register. Approximately 8 to 10 seconds per person was the time needed for badge pickup. In the past, long lines in Registration were a considerable problem, and complaint, with our attendees. In addition, Lead Retrieval was a concern with many of our Exhibitors in previous years. It no longer is with ITN technology.

For me, it was a pleasure working with ITN personnel. They are knowledgeable, competent, hard working, and friendly. I believe that the Pittsburgh Conference has moved into the twenty first century with ITN technology.

IBC 2010 was made significantly easier by your Exhibitor Registration system, both from an input aspect as well as actual collection of our exhibitor badges. Not only does your software offer ease of use, but the support staff on site in Amsterdam were outstanding. Your whole approach to the registration is by far the best I have ever experienced. Apart from the simplicity of use, the fact that you schedule specific collection times for large exhibitors to collect their badges prior to the show, is a huge plus. This gives me time to go through them and come back with changes and additions well ahead of the show opening.

Having just gone through the registration nightmare of …., starting with insufficient upload templates, causing a great deal of re-registration (editing) of manufacturers reps and exhibitor badges as well as having the badges mailed, when we requested them to be held for collection, the onsite registration software was very inflexible and reprint processes were time-consuming. I also found that the registration system support staff at …, more often than not, responded with a NO to questions regarding whether our lists could be filtered to speed up search processes/print processes, resulting in a one-at-a-time print, which was a huge waste of time.

Wanted to drop a line to give our input regarding your lead retrieval system. In a word it was the ‘best’ I’ve ever used in nearly twenty years of working trade shows. We had the hand-held device that was capturing data by putting it near the attendees badge. Since the show we’ve downloaded the leads from the internet.

Over the past year, I have had the opportunity to entrust Mike Sorgani and the team at ITN with my lead capture requirements for our all of our most critical events. At Nortel, we have invested heavily in event measurement as well as integrating our lead capture initiative directly into our CRM system. Both of these initiatives rely heavily and exclusively on the successful capture of badge scans at trade shows and the qualification of those scans through our event subject matter experts. Without the scan and qualified lead, neither of these processes work and not only do we lose this lead information, but we also lose the ability to measure event ROO and ROI.

ITN's Bcard Registration Badge and their handheld RFID badge reader have been an outstanding solution to insure that we have zero defects on capturing interactions at events. I especially like the assurance of knowing that the interaction is not stored on the device but constantly uploaded to a safe server. No more worrying about losing a device and losing our data as well as not having to deal with a wired solutions to already overburdened CPUs on our demonstration stations. These devices are easy to use and work without defect.

ITN's Interactive Data Collection (we have used both Multi-Lead Survey and PocketLeads Surveys) has facilitated the ability of our booth staff to effortlessly record the on booth interactions at events. By making the recording of the interaction so easy, the number of complete leads we have recorded and then integrated into our CRM system has increased dramatically. Our next step with ITN is to investigate automatically have lead data transferred directly from ITN into our CRM. Imagine a sales person following up with customer or prospect the same day or next day that customer or prospect visited our trade show booth.

Mike and his team helped us create email follow-up requested by booth visitors for collateral as a result of the interaction with our booth staff. Our booth visitors are receiving URL links to web content and online collateral materials that they saw on our booth a short time after their visit. What a competitive advantage this has proven to be.

Finally ITN's customer service is extremely thorough and efficient. I have used them in global events and always have a team of ITN folks onsite providing service. While I rarely have to use them, it is nice to know that they are always there. We continue to work with the team to find ways to expand our lead capture capabilities at events and they have some great technical folks that are looking at several different types of integration possibilities to get information to my sales teams as quickly as possible. What a great competitive advantage.

I have worked with ITN with various corporate clients for about 6 years. I cannot say enough about how responsive and service oriented they are.

Recently, I had some corrupted files from another lead company. Without thinking, I sent them to ITN for correction, forgetting it was actually another lead capture company running the show. Within 24 hours, they had corrected the problem, fixed the files, and sent them to me without ever mentioning it was not their show. It wasn't until a couple weeks later when I ran into my account manager Michael Stratton, that I learned of my mistake. How do you top that?

I can honestly say, I never have any worries about my lead management program when ITN is on my team.
